Child kidnapper caught on camera at Mumbai station

Visuals from Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus exposes the modus operandi of those who kidnap babies and children. CCTV footage from the Mumbai Police shows how a man wanders around the waiting room of the station, spots a family with a sleeping baby, sits beside her and then disappears with the child; all this in less than 40 seconds.
